摘要

主要介绍了汽车涂装过程中水性色漆针孔产生的原因和影响因素,结合对生产线针孔异常案例的分析,从环境、设备、人员、材料等方面分析解决针孔问题,找出产生针孔的根本原因,并进行改善。

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces the causes and influencing factors of pinholes in water-based paints in the process of automobile coating,combined with the case analysis of pinhole abnormalities in the production line,analyzes and solves the problem of shrinkage porosity from the aspects of environment,equipment,personnel and materials,finds out the root cause of pinholes,and improves them.
