Pretreatment as one of the key processes of painting,not only provides a clean body for electrophoresis,but also plays a crucial role in anti-corrosion.After in-depth exploration of the anti-corrosion technology in the manufacturing process of automobile coating,the anti-corrosion ability in the pre-treatment process has been significantly improved.This paper mainly describes the corrosion problems and process control methods in the pre-treatment process,and provides reference suggestions for the anti-corrosion control of automobile pre-treatment.
