对装配中标记、零件清洗、涂胶、装配和补漆等各个环节进行了梳理,指出影响制件表面漆层质量的常见问题,特别是会导致面漆喷涂后产品整体漆层耐环境性差和外观质量不佳的问题。对此提出了强化质量意识、制定制度完善工艺和加强监督3项控制措施,确保装配各环节中制件的表面漆层的质量。

Various links such as marking,part cleaning,gluing,assembly,and repainting during assembly were reviewed,and common problems affecting the quality of the surface paint film of the product were pointed out,which could lead to poor environmental resistance and appearance quality of the overall paint film of the product after subsequent topcoat spraying.Three control measures have been proposed to strengthen quality awareness,establish systems to improve processes,and strengthen supervision to ensure the quality of the surface paint film of the parts in various stages of assembly.
